Klang Bak Kut Tea





Klang Bak Kut Tea is the most famous food in the West Malaysia, it believed that it has the original taste. The most special of it is there are 2 flavor to choose: wet bak kut tea or dry bak kut tea. The common way of taking Bak Kut Tea is with some Chinese tea and rice.




this is the wet bak kut tea, the taste is very nice and original because the ingredients are only pork ribs, herbs and some mushroom. The pork ribs are boiled inside the herbs soup for few hours until the ribs become tender. Another additional of the dishes is the "YU CHAR KUEY". It taste good when we dip it inside the soup awhile and add on to the rice.



This is the Dry Bak Kut Tea, it's taste nothing like Wet Bak Kut tea, the common things are only they using same pork ribs to cook another flavor of dish. One thing special of this dish is the sauce are special, it taste good. It is the Malaysia Famous Food Icon, so it is a must try dishes.
