This kopitiam is called "乐圆",it is somewhere near saberkas . This place was recommended by peggy goh. Although the environment is not clean enough,but it is quite comfortable for family gatherings.The foods taste good with reasonable price+good services.
this plate is call "o-jian"/fried oyster.
Fried Oyster is a dish, usually taken as an accompaniment, popularly found at Penang hawker stalls and coffee shops. It is really oyster omelet, using fresh, succulent (the better stalls, anyway) oysters fried in an egg omelet.
But this fried oyster quite different compare to west Malaysia flavour which using egg omelet.
This is another type of fries oyster which are crispy.
